CRUISE PARKING SOUTHAMPTON – Reduce the stress by driving down the night before your cruise and stay overnight at Twin Oak Guest House – only 20 minutes from the Cruise Line terminal, yet just inside the beautiful New Forest and National Park. Enjoy an evening meal at either of the two nearby restaurants, one of which is immediately opposite the Guest House.
ACCOMMODATION – 4 star silver award winning accommodation. Includes breakfast (All diets can be catered for). Relax in the guest lounge or garden until you catch your minibus down to the Port.

CRUISE PARKING – Reliable cruise parking, because we care. You leave your car and can be comfortable in the knowledge that it is out of harms way. (Please note – We do not offer fenced pounds. We do offer however, private off road parking – Guests park at owners risk)
Parking £5 per night (no charge for the night you stay with us)
We DO NOT keep your car keys during your cruise (your car stays where you park it).
PLEASE NOTE DURING BUSY TIMES, YOU MAY BE PARKED UP AT THE FARM WHERE WE GET OUR SAUSAGE SUPPLY, THIS IS ONLY A MINUTE DRIVE AWAY, YOU SIMPLY FOLLOW THE DRIVER UP TO THE FARM IN YOUR CAR AND PARK IT YOURSELF IN THE PRIVATE HARDSTANDING CAR PARK.
CRUISE TRANSFER – Relax and be driven to the cruise terminal by our Driver (s). Cost of transfers vary depending on numbers of guests.
1-2 guests £30 one-way (£60 return)
3 guests £40 one-way (£80 return)
4+ guests (max. 6) £45 one-way (£90 return)
7 or more guests – two minibuses required
Earliest pickup time is 7.30am – anything before this will incur an additional charge.

**We cannot guarantee that you will not be sharing a vehicle, it will depend on the circumstances on the day.
Transfers from Twin Oaks B&B to PORT
During check in you will be asked your embarkation slot for the following day, we aim to leave 1 hour before your allotted slot, give or take.
The port is approximately 20 minutes from the B&B traffic permitting.
Transfers from PORT to B&B
We ask you message us via text, WhatsApp or email your disembarkation time AS SOON AS YOU GET GIVEN IT ONBOARD, this will give us time to plan the transport as we will often have multiple return transfers to organise.
Guests must then TEXT Corin East, the driver, their pick-up location 15mins before pick-up in this format:

We are aware there may be unforeseen delays through no fault of the driver or guests, so will do our best to ensure times are adhered to as much as possible and will be flexible in accounting for these.
IMPORTANT: if you are late to your pick-up location, and this isn’t due to events out of your control, you will have to make your own plans in returning to your vehicle. There will be no refund for this. PLEASE KEEP THE DRIVER INFORMED.
PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to organise your own transport to and from the port then please let Helen know at check in so we can cancel your transfers. Any costs/organisation is solely up to guests to arrange, the B&B will not do this for you.
Your overnight stay and parking is not affected.
